The technician will proceed with the necessary repairs only after receiving approval from the homeowner or tenant.

WORK COMPLETION

The service call is free if you proceed with the repair. However, if the technician visits your home, performs diagnostics, and you decide not to proceed with the repair, a service call fee will apply.
